A futuristic immersive biome
This original installation is the final project of the graduating class in UQAM’s undergraduate program in immersive and interactive experiences. It is a futuristic, self-regulating biome that allows visitors to explore possible futures. The installation has two levels, Infra and Supra. Public participation and the transfer of synergies influence the biome’s evolution. As visitors explore the symbiotic ecosystems, their interactions start to affect the biome’s evolution. The experience is aimed at prompting us to rethink our relationship with living environments so that we can create the best possible future.
