Interior works
From November 27 to March 8, 2026
Between Now and Forever is a sculptural and immersive installation that transcends the boundaries of form and perception. Montréal-based artist Jeremy Shantz explores light as living matter — a space where reflection, movement, and illusion converge into a hypnotic meditation on time and transformation.
At the heart of this infinity mirror, two distinct yet connected worlds unfold. On one side, suspended flowers echo endlessly, forming an architecture of expansion and renewal — a metaphor celebrating the cycle of life. On the other, a childlike figure with a flower for a head floats through boundless space, evoking the continuity of existence and the fragile connection between humanity and nature.
These twin images — organic and figurative — blur into a visual meditation on time, memory, and transformation. As visitors move around the work, their shifting gaze activates the illusion, generating a kinetic movement that continuously reshapes perception.
Between Now and Forever invites a state of contemplation — a moment suspended between the present and eternity.
